Delete your account

Sign in to Vireel on the app or website.

Open the You tab and tap Delete account at the bottom.

Type DELETE and confirm. You are signed out on every device straight away.

Orders still in progress, refund requests under review, unpaid editor earnings and payouts in process must be finished first. The delete screen lists anything still open and links straight to it.

Your sign-in (phone or email), name, handle, bio, profile photo, phone number, Instagram, saved reels, follows, likes, notifications, payout details, published reels and private project files.

Order, payment and refund records are kept with your name replaced by "Deleted user", because tax and payment laws require them and they protect the other person in each order.

Can't sign in? Contact support from the Support page and we'll delete your account for you.
