A clear path from purchase to payout.
Each order follows visible stages so customers and editors know what happens next.

1.Prices and taxes
All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. The price you see on a reel is the price you pay.
Free templates cost nothing and can be downloaded directly.
2.How customers pay
Payments are processed by our licensed payment partner using UPI, cards, net banking or wallets. Vireel never stores your full card details.
Your payment is held by the platform while the order is in progress and is released only after you approve the final delivery.
3.Commission
Vireel charges editors a platform commission on each completed order. The current rate is shown in the editor Studio before an editor publishes a reel.
The editor's share is the order amount minus the commission.
4.Editor payouts
Earnings from a completed order stay on hold for a short period to cover disputes and refunds, then become available in the editor's wallet.
Editors can request a withdrawal once the available balance reaches the minimum payout. Payouts are sent to the verified UPI ID or bank account, usually within 3–5 working days, with a payment reference (UTR) shown in the Studio.
Only one payout request can be open at a time.
5.Failed or duplicate payments
If money was debited but the order does not show as paid, it is usually reversed automatically by your bank within 5–7 working days. Contact support with the transaction reference if it is not.
