This policy explains what information Vireel needs and who can access private order files.

1.Information we collect
Account details: name, mobile number or email, profile photo and, for editors, Instagram handle and payout details.
Order content: the photos, clips and briefs you upload, messages and delivered reels.
Activity: reels you watch, like, save or follow, device and approximate location data used for security and to improve recommendations.
2.How we use it
To run your account, process orders and payments, deliver files, personalise your feed, prevent fraud and misuse, provide support and meet legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
3.Who can see your files
Photos and clips you upload for an order are private. Only you, the editor working on your order and authorised support staff can access them, using links that expire.
5.Retention and your rights
We keep information only as long as needed for the service, disputes and legal requirements. You can view and edit your profile at any time, and ask us to delete your account or data by contacting support.
This policy follows the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable Indian laws.
